Delivery Information

Orders may be placed online, by email or telephone.

All orders are scheduled for 2-3 days delivery however should you require your order for next day delivery, please contact us and we will endeavour to fulfil your requirements. This may incur additional delivery charges and we will advise these at the time of ordering. Some out of stock and direct from the manufacturer items may take longer and we will advise this by email. Should this be outwith your timescale for requiring the goods, then we will refund any monies already paid and cancel your order.

We have tried to keep our shipping rates as fair as possible ensuring you are charged as near to cost as possible, dependent on where the goods are being shipped to. If multiple purchases are made and we can palletise the delivery to reduce costs, we will advise this by telephone and refund any overcharged shipping accordingly. Also, certain products will be dispatched directly from the supplier and standard delivery is included within the cost of these items. It will state at the Checkout if delivery is included.

By entering your postcode at the checkout, you will be given an estimate of the shipping costs for the item(s) in your basket. If you would like to contact us by email or telephone with your postcode/delivery details, we will be happy to provide delivery information and costs for any products you are interested in.

For local customers we are happy to prepare orders for collection at our premises in Polbeth, West Calder.

Delivery of large items:

For items requiring special handling and pallet deliveries, please contact us to discuss your order requirements. We will then source the most cost effective delivery method for you and advise accordingly.

For larger items such as solar collectors, cylinders, etc, we would ask all customers to consider access and storage of delivered goods at the point of delivery.

Heavy and bulky items may require handling by more than one person. A delivery driver will assist as much as they can during delivery. However it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the goods are handled in a safe manner to avoid accident, injury or damage to property/products.
