Efergy Standby Eliminator

The remote stand-by eliminator works with your television’s remote control to shut down your entertainment system at the mains when you have finished watching television.

How does it work?

The socket’s sensor learns to recognise when you have pressed the off button on your television’s remote control and shuts off the mains supply eliminating wasted stand-by power. It will also work with any other household appliance that uses a remote control.

How to use

Plug the remote stand-by eliminator into the wall socket. “Teach” the infrared detector to recognise when the off button has been pressed on your remote control. Plug in the television or multi-adaptor for a number of devices and start saving instantly.
